This dress is a stunner! The black velvet bodice has an empire waist and puff shoulders. The skirt's fabric has lurex metallic threads throughout the whole pattern. The skirt is covered in silver sequins or pailettes, and beads that give the dress a fun sound when it moves. The dress is lined underneath and zips up the back. Labeled Saks Fifth Avenue.
