This is a set to have forever. Timeless silhouettes and a yummy rayon crepe fabric from the 1980s. The blouse has amazing balloon sleeves and structured padded shoulders. The front has 6 buttons at the chest that allows you to leave the blouse open, but has small buttons down the front to close the blouse. The Skirt is a perfect midi length and has an elasticized waist band. The set is labeled a size Small but can accommodate a range of sizes.
