The skirt zips up the back, and the top fastens with a strap that buttons behind the neck. The belt fastens with velcro allowing the belt to be adjusted. Estimated size small/medium.

Great vintage condition! Rayon poly blend. The only thing to note is some small snags to the fabric that are not noticeable when worn and get lost in the floral print.
